Enrico Düsel has many years’ experience as a construction manager/project manager in Liechtenstein. His work has ranged from new builds, conversion and renovation of residential buildings to the construction of industrial buildings and commercial premises. He has been director of DV Immobilien Trust reg. since the beginning of 2017 and is responsible for the maintenance of existing company-owned properties, as well as the realisation and execution of new construction projects in Liechtenstein, Austria and Switzerland, in which he takes a close personal interest as construction manager and client representative.

Michael Büchi is a Swiss State Certified Engineer (eidg. Dipl. Techniker FH) and property valuation expert with around ten years’ experience in the property and construction sector. In the three years prior to his appointment at DV Immobilien, he was deputy managing director with a well-known Swiss valuation company, acting as a building project consultant for a number of Swiss investors. Mr Büchi joined DV Immobilien Trust reg. as Senior Manager, Real Estate Investments in April 2017, and offers our clients support and guidance through the various stages of the property cycle.
